What you will do
Reporting to the Service Director, you will manage the Independent Dealer relationships for New Zealand. Working closely with network, regional and global contacts to understand, roll out, drive and follow up global applications to support the dealer and branch network. Duties will include:
Support the dealer network to proactively build and develop customer relationships through the provision of Scania fleet management tools
Coach, motivate and encourage accountability in parts and service teams to maximise the use of applications to reach targets
Ensure efficiencies are gained through process improvement
Support independent dealer network in relation to core processes
Who you are
To be successful as a Network Systems Manager within Scania, you will:
be an experienced Stakeholder Engagement Manager
Have a strong understanding of the automotive business
Possess a solid understanding of the applications and software systems utilized in an automotive OEM environment.
