What you will do

Part of the New Zealand team, reporting to the Procurement Manager, this is a highly autonomous role.

The position is responsible for the day to day facility mangement of our Wiri head office and 9 facilities around New Zealand.

Responsibilities will include;

• Facilities Maintenance – Reactive, preventative and long term maintenance strategy
• Establish systems and processes, manage compliance
• Stakeholder engagement

Who you are

To be successful in this role, we believe that you be experienced in facilities and fleet management with a strategic outlook.  Your skill set will include;

• A strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of business finance
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Safety and risk management focus
• Project management and robust problem solving skills

You will most likely be trade qualified or have qualifications in Facilities or Maintenance Management
