What you will do
Part of the New Zealand team, reporting to the Procurement Manager, this is a highly autonomous role.
The position is responsible for the day to day facility mangement of our Wiri head office and 9 facilities around New Zealand.
Responsibilities will include;
Facilities Maintenance – Reactive, preventative and long term maintenance strategy
Establish systems and processes, manage compliance
Stakeholder engagement
Who you are
To be successful in this role, we believe that you be experienced in facilities and fleet management with a strategic outlook. Your skill set will include;
A strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of business finance
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
Safety and risk management focus
Project management and robust problem solving skills
You will most likely be trade qualified or have qualifications in Facilities or Maintenance Management
