What you will do
Based in our Auckland (Wiri) Branch, reporting to the Service Manager, this is a key role in ensuring excellent customer relationships are created and maintained to both external and internal customers.
You will maintain parts processes to ensure they are efficient, effective and support target achievements and customer satisfaction levels.
Work closely with the Workshop to ensure availability of parts, ensure packaging, service exchange and warranty procedures are adhered to
Receipt, inspect, pick and deliver parts to customers and Workshop - pack parts and arrange delivery as required
Build and develop customer relationships through providing excellent customer service
Resolve any problems that arise and make proactive outbound sales calls
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in an automotive industry warehouse-management environment. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes through relationship management initiatives. Additionally you will have;
Knowledge and experience in stock management and goods packaging
Able to communicate professionally with a variety of behavioural and personality types
Computer skills including the ability to use MS Office Suite, MS Outlook or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and an ability to work to strict deadlines
