What you will do
Based in our Auckland head office, this role reports to the National Parts, Logistics and Retail Manager and plays a key role in ensuring excellent stakeholder engagement and expectations are achieved.
You will maintain retail parts processes to ensure they are efficient, effective and support target achievements and customer satisfaction levels.
Support the Dealer Support Centre and the branch network parts activities
Ensure Scania’s common sales and operational processes are implemented throughout the organization
Providing advice relating to parts suitability, availability and pricing
Build and develop customer relationships through providing excellent customer service
Resolve any problems that arise and make proactive outbound sales calls
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a parts/warehouse management environment. Ideally you will have working experience within the automotive industry in stock management. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes through relationship management initiatives.
