What you will do

As part of the Performance Team, this role is responsible for ensuring the customer experience with Scania is not just a satisfying one but is continually improving. This will be achieved by building strong relationships and open lines of communication with customers and the service network, identifying areas for improvement to ensure customers get the best out of their Scania assets. You will be responsible for;

  • Managing customer relations with a product performance focus
  • Gathering and analysing vehicle and driver data to identify areas of improvement
  • Assisting in the identification of training needs, including the proposal of learning solutions
  • Identifying and communicating to sales team new business opportunities
  • Planning, designing and implementing competency based assessments to measure participant performance

Who you are

To be successful as a Performance Analyst within our organisation, you will be experienced in automotive industry in a product performance analysis and/or training capacity.  You will have a technical knowledge of trucks and an analytical mind that enjoys processing, interpreting and reporting on data.
