As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Scania, you are one of a team of 4 responsible for the end to end recruitment for your business portfolio. Work alongside your business leaders to lead the recruitment process and deliver excellent talent.
Responsibilities include:
Manage the recruitment of permanent, casual, maximum and fixed term contracts
Recruitment of technicians, administrative, management and graduate/apprentice employees
Undertake national and international searches as required
Proactive approach to identifying TA process improvement and recommendation for presence at relevant events
Delivering high touch candidate relationship management throughout the recruitment process
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to build understanding of ongoing talent requirements and workforce plans
Attend offsite events including but not limited to career expose, and school presentations
Design, schedule and manage assessment centre framework for relevant campaigns
Commence on-boarding process upon receipt of executed agreement

Who you are
You are a highly motived individual who enjoys partnering with your business partners. This role requires an experienced end-to-end Talent Acquisition professional, highly skilled in working with process, systems and metrics to deliver expected outcomes. You will be working in partnership with internal stakeholders, focusing on staff and client escalations as well as reporting and management information.
To be successful in this role you will be highly organised, with solid attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Possess strong ability to communicate to all levels within the organisation with strong verbal and written presentation skills.
